Weather widget - difficult to know if update icon works fine

Summary
Weather widget is quite useful but when you select manual update, it's difficult to know if it works well. Indeed, the update icon is static and so you don't know if update has been done
Description
What is the current behavior?
Today, when you select the update button, if you have change for weather, it seems the weather widget does well the update. But if there is no change, you can't know if the update is done or not. Indeed, when you click on the update icon, nothing happen
What is the improved behavior?
The idea is to have a rotation action (1 turn should be enough)of the arrow of the update icon in order to show to the user that the update request has been considered by the widget and that the update is done.
What does it bring?
That would help to be sure widget update the data when it is requested by the user and give a better UX for the user.
