Threema and wire call not on lockscreen
- /e/ e-1.5.1-s-20221103231515-dev-FP3
- Device model(s): FP3+
- Device rooted: no
Summary
<When I don't use the FP3 for about 30 to 60 minutes, The FP3 no longer show an incoming call from Threema or Wire on the lockscreen (also no sound). With Threema: my contacts can no longer set up a call. With Wire: the contact does not notice that no call setup is possible, he gets no error message.
The incoming Threema-call is displayed on the lockscreen again, once I have accepted 1 Threea-call on the home screen and use the FFP3, then every 10 minutes. Same procedure for Wire! (The behavior of Threema and Wire is exactly the same...) Just using the apps (reading maessages or sending messages) doesnt solve the problem, it has to be an incoming call. If I stop useing the phone then the problem comes again. Text messages work fine for both apps, on lockscreen - no matter for how long i didnt touch my phone, Yes: Battery optimization is switched off - Battery Usage = Unrestricted Yes: Background data = switched on, unrestricted data usage = switched on
Normal calls work all the time>
