Impacts of the No Google mode in the Settings screen

As a no Google mode is added to the app, we need to update the settings screen when the user is using that mode.

Description

What is the feature?

When the user is in No Google mode (i.e. s.he clicked on PWAS and Open source apps on the welcome screen), s.he should be considered as logged out. In the Show applications section, the checkbox offering to Show common apps should be unticked and disabled (the user cannot tick the box). When the user tries to tick the box, a toast message saying You need to login to see common apps. [LOGIN]. [LOGIN] is an action button included in this toast message. When the user press on it the Welcome screen appears.

Who will use this new feature?

Users in the No Google Mode because they only rely on PWA and/or F-droid apps.

Why these users would like to use this feature?

Privacy concerns.
