FP3 does not properly turn off after upgrade to /e/OS 1.0

Summary

When turning off my FP3 for the night, about 1 out of 4 times, it does not properly turn off. I only notice it the next morning when restarting my FP3. I have to press the of/off-button for about 10 seconds before my phone starts to boot (in stead of the usual 3 seconds), and substantial battery drainage has occured. (Might be the same problem as reported by Shenol Mustafov under issue #5555 (closed) )
