Install of microG Exposure Notification Framework fails

Summary

The version of microG gms-core in the ROM does not have the EN Framework. Installing it from Apps fails with the message Not able to install this application. verification failed.

This is a 'stopper' for any users who need to use Covid tracking apps that use the framework (including - but not limited to - the UK NHS Covid app)

It has a similar effect - though the immediate cause is different - to #2253 (closed)

The problem

• Open Settings | System | Advanced | MicroG
• Tap in exposure notifications - Apps is opened with microG Exposu... visible
• CLick Install - when the download completes, the installation fails, and a transient error message / toast is displayed with the text Not able to install this application. verification failed

It has been reported that manually installing this apk will enable the Framework
