EN extention for microG can't be installed

Summary
Installation of Exposure Notifications from /e/-Appstore fails.
The problem
Search for microG Exposure Notification or in the search bar or find it by going to Categories/System Apps and hit install.
What is the current behavior?
First try: Screen goes white and I am back in the search tab/the categories tab, depending on where the app was looked up. (Strangely, after trying to install via categories there appears a second "System Apps" lines, both of which contain the EN; see screenshot)
Second try: after hitting "install", Apps crashes.
At no point in the process does EN show up in the microG settings.
What is the expected correct behavior?
EN should be installed and visible unter microG settings.
