Clock app: timer stop button color is invisible

Summary

As reported in #3621 (comment 147903): In the clock app, timer page's stop floating action button's icon is full in accent color. which is not very visible.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Open clock app, go to timer page. Setup a timer. Wait for timer to goes off, check the middle fab icon's color.

What is the current behavior?

stop icon is not visible.

What is the expected correct behavior?

stop icon should be visible.
