Add Signature Spoofing toggle (enable/disable) in /e/.
Summary
Signature spoofing is included and active by default as it is necessary for use by microG and its components. Some advanced users may choose to not use microG at all and disable or physically remove it, thus no need for signature spoofing to be enabled.
In the event that there would ever be a version of /e/OS without microG pre-installed it would be nice if said ROMs had a toggle to turn on or off signature spoofing, in the event one chose to install microG at a later date.
The toggle would likely be a part of Developer Options. Usually, global toggle will also use App Permissions to allow or disallow an app to use signature spoofing (depending on implementation of any particular patch).
