Prevent detection of hidden file by FileObserver 

- Add new SQL query to remove SyncedFIleState with file name starting by '.'
- add new method in DBHelper to call the previous method from SyncedFileStateDAO
- Update build.gradle version number
- Update BootCompletedReceiver to call DbHelper.removeHiddenFiles()
- update version number to 1.2.1
