apns: update IRAN APNs 

|| IRAN Apns ||
auto-supplied APN (rightel - mci - irancell):
old config ==> working,but sometimes proxy problem with sites, exp: google service.
new config ==> The settings I have set,perfectly working!
//problem:
In Iran, you must use ussd code to get new settings.
in old config google service not working and if you installed GApps , you can't config google account in Rom install(first time , not update) or Factory reset.

change first apn config.

MMS In Iran Disabled!

1- add rightel => https://www.rightel.ir ==> http://mcc-mnc.com
2- set  new config for mci operator.
3- set  new config for irancell operator.
4- reconfig MMS.
