Updated Hebrew dictionary based on Jellybean's version

The previous version of the Hebrew dictionary contains a word that is
longer than the maximum size allowed, causing the keyboard to crash.

Used the sources of the version in
c5c3addd
which are at:
http://softkeyboard.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/DictionaryTools/xml/he.xml
and deleted a few duplicate words.
