Triodos Bank app detects unlocked bootloader incorrectly on Samsung Galaxy A52 (SM-A525F) running /e/OS
- /e/OS version: 3.7.1
- Device model(s): Samsung Galaxy A52 (SM-A525F)
- Impacted Application: Triodos Bank app (v4.51)
- Affected application/URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.triodos.bankieren
- Browser/client and version: E-Os standard browse
## The problem
The Triodos Bank app (v4.51) incorrectly detects my device as rooted or insecure, blocking access and redirecting to a browser warning page about jailbroken/rooted devices.
Root verification confirms the device is not rooted:\
“Sorry! Root access is not properly installed on this device” (Root Checker result).
### Steps to reproduce
1. Install Triodos Bank app (v4.51)
2. Open the app
3. App immediately redirects to a browser page stating banking is not possible on rooted/jailbroken devices
4. Login is blocked
### Expected behavior
The app should correctly identify the device as non-rooted and allow normal login.
### Actual behavior
The app falsely flags the device as rooted/insecure and blocks access.
