Display not responding if turned on by tapping bottom center of the screen or longer periods of being in stand-by (Samsung Galaxy S8)

Summary

The screen isn't responding after turning it on by tapping on the bottom center. Normally, this should just open the unlocking prompt. Even after unlocking the device by using the fingerprint reader this problem stays. "Hardware-Buttons" (Buttons on the phone) work as intended. Only solution is rebooting using adb.
Edit: The same thing happens sometimes after the phone was in stand-by for about ± 5 min.
