Silent mode doesn't silent all notifications

On my Galaxy S10e using /e/OS 1.81 (S) dev, when setting my ring mode to silent, I still receive certain sounds, e.g. my XMPP client or the low battery information notification. Looks to me like this is a huge bug.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
