Flickering and incorrect rendering in some apps on later version of eos

For some time now some areas in some apps have flickered while changing and sometimes they also render incorrectly. This bug does make some apps unusable. It was introduced by an update to eos, I think about 2 months ago, and has persisted through all upgrades since. I am on a Samsung Galaxy S5 G-900F (klte).
