Gesture Navigation UI Becomes Unresponsive

May just be old m8 hardware, but Gesture Navigation UI goes in and out of responsiveness. Attaching logcat & bugreport when UI is unresponsive. Switching to traditional 3-button nav seems to have better performance.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
