OS update fails on Nexus5 Hammerhead

I'm not sure I'm posting this in the right project, if not please let me know.

Today I tried updating /e/ on my Nexus5 Hammerhead and after downloading the update, the phone reboots to do the install and then I simply get an "Error!" message like shown in the picture. Not sure what is going wrong here.

Any pointers would be good.

My current device is at version 0.17-20210601117698 Trying to update to 0.19-20211023142427
