Bumping the HAL client version. 

This CL bumps the reported version for Trusty's
IRemotelyProvisionedComponent HAL interface for KeyMint. It also adds
the uniqueId field added to the RpcHardwareInfo in version 2.

Test: atest VtsHalRemotelyProvisionedComponentTargetTest
