init: Support for Geeksphone ONE devices

* /dev/msm_camera device (not directory)
	This is toggled by TARGET_HAS_ANCIENT_MSMCAMERA in BoardConfig.
	It's necessary because the radio in the ONE is pretty old,
	incompatible with any recent libqcamera or liboemcamera, and the
	original proprietaries refer to "/dev/msm_camera"
