Increase logging around auto-routing to watch.

Increase logging around the recent fix to ensure that BT auto-routing
doesn't occur for Pixel watches. There were indications that the flag is
enabled in the Telecom dumpsys but the existing logs suggest that the
new code path is not being hit.
