Replace tA2DP_CTRL_ACK in audio HIDL and AIDL clients

The defintion of tA2DP_CTRL_ACK is provided by the legacy HAL and will be
removed alongside the implementation.

This change adds bluetooth::audio::a2dp::BluetoothAudioStatus as a
replacement type.
