RootCanal: Internalize the crypto toolbox and bluetooth hci dependencies

RootCanal only depends on the aes_128 function implementation.
Copy the required functions from GD's crypto toolbox into
lib/crypto/

Similarly, copy the implementation of bluetooth::hci::{Address,
AddressWithType, ClassOfDevice} to lib/
