DO NOT MERGE AVRCP: Proper handling of Fragmented AVCTP packet

- AVCTP : Allocate bigger buffer for reassembly
- AVRCP : Handle getelimentattr to eliminate duplicates
          and invalid attributes, this also fixes BOF.
