Exclude unsupported message types from MSG_GET_MESSAGE_LISTING

MceStateMachine was utilizing MESSAGE_TYPE_ALL. Since the feature to
receive emails/IMs has not been implemented, we should not be requesting these message types. MceStateMachine also ignores emails in processInboundMessage. Filter has been changed to exclude emails/IMs from the request.
