leaudio: Fix double CIS disconnect for bidirectional case

If in case of Stream creation to two devices, with two bidirectional CISes,
one of them (CIS ) will not be established, the state machine takes stream down.
When ASEs are released, CIS is incorrectly disconnected twice.

This patch fixes that
