Use AnonymizedAddress in log

I found some log with a full "xx:xx..." address and it was a nightmare
to understand witch device has witch connectionPolicy

This CL implement the AnonymizedAddress for DatabaseManager (metadata)
and use the one for BluetoothDevice as well

Test: Build only
Ignore-AOSP-First: No such use of xx:xx on AOSP
