LeAudio: Fix audio modes priority
GAME mode is for local audio sources and should not take over when bidirectional scenarios like LIVE if it is currently used. Bidirectional scenarios should be prioritized to make sure that the voiceback channel won't be closed. This also adds the missing SOUNDEFFECTS entry.
