floss: Keep uhid when wake-allowed hid is bonded to fix wakeup

Keep a virtual uhid alive when any wake-allowed hid devices are bonded.
This will keep the bluetooth monitored by the powerd for wakeup.
Bluetooth activies will be recognized as user input to trigger wakeup.
