Remove checks for 16-bit UUID in HOGP host

Android Headtracker Service uses 128-bit UUIDs. bta_hh_get_uuid16()
already checks and maps its 128-bit UUIDs into 16-bit UUIDs. There is no
need to separately check for 16-bit UUIDs.
