Revert "Clear calling identity when calling getConnectionState internally"

This reverts commit c65ac73d.

Reason for revert: b/331948250
Clearing the identity in order for the adapterService to call the bluetoothDevice that will make a call binder to the adapterService is a non-sense.

aosp/3018571 is addressing the cause of the issue instead of putting a bandaid
