Floss: Remove TARGET_FLOSS in esco_parameters

Replacing TARGET_FLOSS with aflag.

The esco_parameters change was used to pass HFP 1.9 Qualification, but
since Android always uses HFP offload path, we made it Floss only. Added
behind aflag in this patch.
