Merge changes from topic "bluetooth_remove_syncrhonousResultReceiver" into main 

* changes:
  Avrcp: call audioManager on non-Blocking thread
  SystemServer: Make unidirectional call oneway
  SystemServer: use own attribution when calling app
  Rm SynchronousResultReceiver usage
