OPP: Fix uploading animation is not stopped

By setting group according to the notification's types,
we can prevent the system's auto grouping of notifications
which resulted in wrong notifiation icons.

Test: Manual, after receiving a file and try sending a file.
      When it is finished, uploading animation should be stopped.
