floss: media: qual: Allow partial profiles connection

According to MPS v1.0 (Multi-Profile Specification), disconnecting or
failing to connect a profile should not affect the others.

What this patch does:
- Avoid disconnecting all profiles when receiving a disconnected event
- Ignore reseting active device since it leads to disconnection
- Notify CRAS of the new audio device even if not all of the profiles
  are connected
