Remove NetworkStack AndroidTest.xml 

The AndroidTest.xml file is not necessary as the test configuration is
generated from the Android.bp.
Because of this file, NetworkStackNextTests currently runs
NetworkStackTests.apk, so there is missing coverage.

Test: atest NetworkStackTests NetworkStackNextTests \
        --rebuild-module-info
