MAP: Parse last occurence of "END:BBODY" in BMessage.

Allow pushMessage email with multiple "ENG:BBODY" tags
in email body message. Parse till last occurence of
END:BBODY to retreive the actual email text body.

Remove a '/' for all occurrences of <CRLF>'/END:MSG'.
