Query PhoneState on Incoming/Outgoing Connection
Use case: 1. Connect BT headset during active call. 2. Check for call value updates in CIND response. Failure: call indicator is not set in CIND response to headset Root cause: We don't have latest call state update from Telephony until SLC. Fix: Query current phone state on incoming connection from headset, to update CIND indicators during SLC connection set-up for AG. Change-Id: I723506356434a9967769c59c30d058da7b39b3d9
