Remove code related to Health Device Profile

* Remove all HealthService related code from Bluetooth APK
* Health Device Profile (HDP) and MCAP protocol has been largely
  replaced by BLE. New applications should use Bluetooth Low Energy
  instead of legacy Bluetooth Health Device Profile
