Metrics: Log profile connection events

* Add MetricsLogger class that has static methods to log metrics data
  across the Java statck
* Log profile connection events for each profile
* Add unit test for MetricsLogger

      send and receive files over OPP,
      connect to HID keyboards,
      adb shell dumpsys bluetooth_manager --proto-bin
