Settings: Jump to MSimMobileNetworkSubSettings in dual Sim UI

MobileNetworkSettings was added in the index column in dual Sim UI.

Add SelectSubscription into the index column in dual Sim UI,
and add the MSimMobileNetworkSubSettings as the targetClass of
SelectSubscription.
