Settings: Update German translation 

Ptach Set 1-2:   * removes periods at the end of summaries
                 * fix some translation

                 * fix formatting of 'arrays.xml'
                 * replace '…' with '\u2026' to fit AOSP style
                 * use 'Akku' instead of 'Batterie' to keep consistence
                   to AOSP translations
