[Bug] Private DNS shows odd message about Bluetooth 

-Private DNS dialog uses preference_widget_dialog_summary
layout. It is wrong to set Bluetooth string for it.
-Remove default string from preference_widget_dialog_summary
-Set the customized string in BaseBluetoothDialogPreference
