Settings: Support EAP-SIM and EAP-AKA

When add a network,add EAP-SIM and EAP-AKA authentication methods
in EAP method.These two methods need SIM card support. 3G SIM card
supports "SIM" and "AKA".2G SIM card only supports "SIM".
