Settings: Requirement for Hardware Interface

    First time plug in USB cable to DUT, it needs to insert
    SIM/USIM card to DUT to activate USB port. After this
    operation, DUT is available without SIM/USIM card.
    After factory resetting/flashing/build upgrading, USB port
    will be turned off again. Inserting SIM/USIM card can active
    DUT USB port again. In case of USB port is not activated, if
    end user plug in USB cable, DUT should remind user on UI
    that only SIM/USIM card inserting first can activate USB
    port, and description to user that locking operation is
    to avoid third party flashing app or code evilly after DUT
    send out from factory.

    SIM/USIM card: Not mandatory to use CMCC SIM/USIM card.
    Card did not recognized to be active or arrears.

    USB port limitation: Limiting debug/storage/USB HOST mode.
    Does not limit charge mode.
