Settings: UX modification for settings 

 -- The 4G toggle item will grey out if the slot 1 is disabled or airplane
    is mode on, but the status keeps unchanged.
 -- Touch the whole 4G toggle item can switch the toggle, not only toggle area
 -- Adjust UI of SIM enable/disable button as google style, and replace google
    SIM settings with this.
