SimSettings: Calls/SMS display error after disable and enable SIM card

Both SIM card enabled,the default slot of Cellular data, Calls and SMS
Messages is set to SIM1/2. Suppose set to SIM1, to deactivate SIM1,
the default slot of Cellular data, Calls and SMS Messages will not
change to SIM2 sometimes.

We use the enabled SIM card numbers as the Spinner contents to avoid
this issue. Then the deactivated SIM card will not set as the default
slot, because the deactivated SIM card's information is set to null.
