Fixes string reference in SEARCH_INDEX_DATA_PROVIDER and minor changes to UI based on UX review. 

Bug: 34682532

Test: ag/1813674 and manual testing with TalkBack, Switch Access, S2S, and Accessibility Scanner.

Undo "Revert "Accessibility settings refresh.""
