Fix inspector talkback talkback issue

The TextView of inspector was treated as clickable component
by set textIsSelectable=true, however, it should be a single
text by design. We should turn clickable=false to
solve GAR concern.

Test: manual enable talkback and focus on TextView,
      no longer speak "double tap to activate"
