Dialer: The big one (redesign)

* BottomNavigation: Make it look like it were a modern element (comes
  with icon change AND animations!)
* Settings: Remove the dividers
* CallStats: Modernization (Danny B.)
* Colors: Provide colors that match MD3 and provide contrast
