Final UI tweaks for the WGVA dialer.

Added a bit more space around the torpedo. (VM/dial/BS)
Tested with wvga800 and wvga850.
wvga800 match perfectly the designer's mocks.
wvga854 the torpedo is about 2px lower than it should but
it is best I can do to make the long layout work.
